Visa or MasterCard is required for deposit and non-refundable reservation fee of $44.40 (including tax). The deposit must be 10% of the total amount due ($200 minimum). After the deposit, you will receive written confirmation of your reservation.

Cancellation:
You may cancel up to 30 days before arrival and your payments (except the reservation fee with tax) will be refunded.

Trip Insurance: Our rental agent offers excellent cancellation insurance at low rates which covers weather disruption as well as job loss and identify theft. Insurance is now available to our UK renters also! Inquire at the time of booking.

Explaination of Rates: Cost listed is for a one week rental. Shorter and longer stays are sometimes available. Off Season is the lowest rate, which generally applies to summer and fall months. In Season is the rate during highest demand, from the second Saturday in December until the first full week after Easter, except the second Saturday in April for those years when Easter falls in March. Rates for holiday weeks may be somewhat higher. Our agent will answer any questions you may have when you call to book.
