POLICIES TO CONFIRM RESERVATION: A minimum pre-payment of 25% of the total cost plus the Administrative Fee or $500.00, whichever is higher is the required down payment at time of booking, unless the arrival date is less than 30 days in advance. All payments are due in full 30 days prior to your arrival. Any interest is retained by Sandalfoot.

FINAL PAYMENTS: The final payment must be received 30 days prior to arrival by personal check made payable to Sandalfoot Condominiums.

CANCELLATION NOTICE: A 60 day written notice is required for a full refund, 31-60 days written notice for 50% refund, a 30 day or less notice forfeits the full reservation amount, and all refunds are less the administrative fee and taxes.
