PAYMENT PROCEDURE: To confirm your reservation, we ask that the security deposit and reservation fee are paid by Mastercard or Visa at time of booking. Final payment of remaining balance will be due 45 days prior to your arrival date by personal or certified check only. You will not receive a balance due reminder, so be sure to mark your calendar with the date that is printed on your confirmation.

CANCELLATION POLICY: If you cancel your reservation 90 days prior to arrival, you will receive your deposit back less a $50 cancellation fee. If you cancel your reservation within 90 days, but more than 45 days, your deposit will be held until we are able to rebook the unit for the full term of your reservation. If you cancel within 45 days from your arrival date, all pre-paid amounts will be retained as liquidated damages unless we are successful in rebooking the unit for the full term of the reservation.

TRIP INTERRUPTION / VACATION RENTAL INSURANCE: If you are traveling between the months of May and November, please note that this is hurricane season. We strongly encourage you to purchase trip insurance to protect your investment.
