Deposit and Cancellation Policy:
A deposit of 30% is required to confirm your reservation.
In the event of cancellation, less than 45 days prior to arrival, all pre-paid monies will be forfeited unless the entire term and rate of your reservation is re-booked.

Payment:
A 30% deposit is required to confirm your reservation. Personal checks are accepted. The final payment is due 45 days prior to scheduled arrival.

Cancellation:
Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received, in writing, 45 days prior to arrival. If cancellation occurs less than 45 days prior to arrival, the rent will be forfeited UNLESS it is possible to rent the house for the full term of your reservation.

Security Deposit:
A security/damage deposit of $200 is required with the final payment (45 days prior to arrival). This deposit is to cover damages and extra charges incurred by our renters, such as physical damage, missing items, long distance telephone calls, etc. Your deposit will be refunded no longer than 6 weeks after your departure date if there are no extra expenses incurred.

Trip Insurance:
If you are traveling between June and November, please be aware that this is Hurricane Season and evaluate your insurance requirements accordingly. We encourage you to purchase Trip Cancellation & Interruption Insurance to protect your investment!
