Check-In: After confirmation of your reservation, you will be directed to a licensed agency conveniently located on Sanibel for easy key pick-up.

Deposit and Cancellation Policy
To confirm your reservation, 20% or a $300 deposit (whichever is greater) will be required; deposit taken on credit card. Balance payable by check/money order 30 days prior to arrival. Management company charges $35 non-refundable booking fee.

Deposits will be returned if notice of cancellation is received by us in writing, fax or email, ninety (90) days prior to your scheduled arrival date. Notice within ninety (90) days of arrival, a refund of prepaid monies is subject to rebooking for same rate and terms.
